Eloravee Return & Refund Policy

Founded in 2026 by Yeasi Jahan, Eloravee is committed to delivering stylish, high-quality pieces along with a transparent and trustworthy shopping experience. Please review our return policy carefully before placing an order.

Eloravee accepts returns only for unworn items that are in their original condition, with all original tags attached, and returned in the original clear garment packaging with the SKU label intact. Items that show signs of wear, washing, alteration, or damage will not be accepted. At this time, we do not offer exchanges of any kind.

To qualify for a return, customers must submit a return request within 7 days of receiving their order. The return window begins on the day the tracking information shows the order as delivered. Once a return request is approved, the item(s) must be shipped back to Eloravee within 7 days of submitting the request in order to be eligible for a full refund.

For orders shipped in multiple or split packages, the return period will begin from the date and time of the final package delivery, not the first delivery.

Returns that do not meet the conditions outlined above may be subject to a 20% restocking fee, or Eloravee reserves the right to decline the return entirely.

Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a shipping error or a damaged item caused by us.

Once we receive your returned package, please allow 5–7 business days for processing. After the return has been reviewed and completed, Eloravee will send a confirmation email to notify you of the final status of your return and refund.

Please note that some products, including sale items, promotional items, or customized products, may not be eligible for return or refund. These exceptions will be clearly stated on the product page or during checkout. We strongly encourage customers to carefully review all product details and policy information before placing an order.
